Shipping & Refund Policy



We offer shipping within Canada (excluding Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador) and USA at this time. All packages are shipped via Canada Post. Please allow 3-5 days for order processing. We try to keep our inventory up to date, however, if an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by email and offered a refund or an option to select a different item/wait for restock. You will receive an email with your tracking info once your order has been shipped, please allow 24hrs for it be active in the Canada Post system. A signature will be required for you to receive your package, so please no PO boxes. 

For USA customers

International shipping may take between 5-10 business days. If you need faster delivery, please contact us at to discuss different shipping options. 

Your order may be charged customs fees that you are responsible for paying. 



Once your order has shipped, we are unable to arrange for cancellation or re-routing of your order. Please make arrangements for collection or re-delivery of your parcel locally.

Packages which are unclaimed within the stipulated time frame are subject to disposal by either the senders or recipients local postal office. No refund will be made on packages which are unclaimed, abandoned or disposed of.
